1. REFUND OVERVIEW

RentDue Supply operates on a made-to-order print-on-demand model. This means all merchandise is custom-produced after you place your order.

Our refund policy is designed to comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) while reflecting the nature of custom-printed products.

2. WHEN YOU CAN GET A REFUND

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement if:

• Item is defective: Manufacturing fault, print error, or quality issue
• Item is damaged: Arrived damaged due to shipping or handling
• Wrong item sent: You received a different product than ordered
• Item doesn't match description: Significantly different from what was advertised
• Major failure under ACL: Item is unsafe, unusable, or not fit for purpose

2.1 Timeframe for Claims

You must report defects or damage within 14 days of delivery. Claims made after 14 days may not be accepted unless the issue wasn't reasonably discoverable at delivery.

3. WHEN YOU CANNOT GET A REFUND

Refunds are NOT available for:

• Change of mind: You no longer want the item
• Wrong size ordered: You selected the wrong size at checkout
• Item doesn't fit: Sizing wasn't what you expected (please check size charts before ordering)
• Color looks different on screen: Minor variations in color due to screen settings
• Buyer's remorse: Decided you don't like the design after ordering
• Delivery delays: Longer-than-expected shipping times (unless exceeding 30 days)

All merchandise sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. CRYPTOCURRENCY TRANSACTIONS

Cryptocurrency purchases (e.g., buying our token on Pump.fun) are NOT refundable under any circumstances.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once completed, they cannot be undone. By purchasing cryptocurrency, you acknowledge:

• You understand the risks of cryptocurrency investments
• Price volatility is expected and not grounds for a refund
• Consumer guarantees under the ACL do not apply to cryptocurrency
• You are not entitled to any refund, replacement, or compensation

5. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW (ACL)

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

5.1 Consumer Guarantees

Under the ACL, you have guaranteed rights for products purchased in Australia:

• Acceptable Quality: Products must be safe, durable, and free from defects
• Match Description: Products must match their advertised description
• Fit for Purpose: Products must be suitable for their intended use

5.2 Remedies for Failures

Major Failure: If an item has a major problem (unsafe, significantly different, wouldn't have bought if known), you can choose:

• A full refund, or
• A replacement product

Minor Failure: For minor issues, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion, provided it's done within a reasonable time.

6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund for a defective or incorrect item:

2. Include your order number
3. Attach clear photos showing the defect, damage, or error
4. Provide a brief description of the issue

We'll review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days.

7. REFUND PROCESSING

If your refund is approved:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Processing takes 5-10 business days from approval
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued
• It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank)

Refunds include the full purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

8. REPLACEMENTS

For defective or incorrect items, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement items are:

• Shipped at no additional cost to you
• Produced and shipped as quickly as possible (typically 5-7 days production + shipping time)
• Subject to the same quality standards as original orders

You can choose between a refund or replacement — the choice is yours.

9. EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

• Fraud or abuse: Repeated false claims or suspicious activity
• Failure to provide evidence: No photos or proof of defect provided
• Damage after delivery: Item was damaged by customer after receiving it
• Claims made after 14 days: Without valid reason for delay
